You will be notified in writing that your presentation/poster has been accepted.
The time and location will also be included in the letter. The schedule can not be changed.
Work with your faculty sponsor to prepare and practice the presentation. He/she can help with last-minute details.
If for some reason (e.g., illness) you are not able to present, please notify your faculty sponsor and the Graduate School as soon as possible. This information will be communicated to the room moderator.
By March 17, 2008, RSVP for the lunch by calling the Graduate School at 734.487.0042. The presenter’s meal is free; additional guest meals are $15. All need a lunch ticket, which can be picked up on the day of the event.
