RESEARCH GUIDELINES
GRF Student Participation - Poster Presenters

  • Each presenter will have a three-foot table area upon which the student-prepared poster may be set up. Displays should be self-standing and not exceed 40" x 60". Foam core is most often used for displays. Students will make their own posters – materials will not be provided.

  • All posters should be set up prior to the start time of the assigned session.

  • There will be a sign on each table with the presenter’s name; placement will run in alpha order, starting at the entrance door.

  • Explain your project to those who visit the exhibits during the session.

  • If you have handouts, run 50-100 copies.

  • After the poster session, you are welcome to attend the other poster or oral presentation sessions.
